Guild Bank

I've been having the following issue with Guild Bank:
When the person assigned to the Guild Bank wins a bid, assigning the item to them is coming up in the popup window as charging the Guild Bank instead of the person.

I've some exams coming up tommorow and on Thursday i.e I should do something with this on Thursday.

Alright, tested this out tonight. Unfortunately, the popup window's still displaying with "Guild Bank". Also...I wasn't able to assign loot to a specific person except the Guild Bank. I had to have them go through chatbid to assign from there or distribute it to guild bank to trade with the person.
