Description
EXPORT will export appdata to a directory or .zip file
IMPORT should do the inverse, import appdata from a directory or .zip file
IMPORT poses additional complications, e.g. if target data exists should we fail, overwrite or merge? Yes, of course (--overwrite:blah)
