ORIGINAL RELEASE DATE tag isn't written if DATE uses full date format and ORD == DATE

To reproduce:

• set up foo_musicbrainz to write full date to DATE tag;
• update tags of some album as an initial release (ie release's "First release date" should be equal to "Date").

Expected result: ORD tag contains the same info as DATE tag does.
Actual result: ORD tag isn't written at all.

Also would be nice, to get option to turn of writing original release date, if it similar to date. If chosen "use year instead full date" for both. Also need to add this option to original date :)

Not sure if it's the same issue but the release date is written on both tags even if there's two different dates specified.
