Add a proper documentation of the App.

Currently, readme file only provides very basic information. I need you to add some more information about the app. It can contain "How to setup", "How to use" or "Things that can be added" section. It will be more valuable if you add some screenshots also.

@DreamyPhobic the "see list" it isn`t auto update, you have to close and reopen the app to see the data
