Already downloaded tracks are not added to the m3u8 playlist file

For an artist, I downloaded most of its tracks on 1.0.0. The playlist m3u8 file was not generated, now I downloaded new tracks on 1.1.1, the playlist m3u8 file was created, however old files were not added it.

Can you make it so already downloaded artist tracks are added to the playlist?
