Safe mode download window does not close after an error downloading #120

Describe the bug
When a download fails in safe mode, it acts as it is still downloading the file and does not close the download window.
Steps to reproduce
- Have a download that enters safe mode
- Have that download fail (for whatever reason)
- See issue
Expected behaviour
The safe mode download window should close after it fails.
