Grab bag on minor stuff.
How the package works
doula should be easy installable from the cmd line with a single command (and if necessary, a second command to create configuration).
- no etc directory
- no making the package a virtualenv (as a suggested form of setup)

Need one. if you make rst, it's easy to include in the sphinx docs.
