Quick Suggestion Delay Doesn't Seem To Stick

Similar to previous issues where certain settings didn't appear to be saved, the quick suggestion delay doesn't seem to be sticking. I've had to unset and reset it.

I am sorry to let you wait several days for my answer :-(

I am not sure if there is any bug; quick suggestion delay works as all the other settings:

• If you set it while no Klive project is open, the setting value is saved only to the global settings.
• Setting it while a Klive project is open saves the setting value to the project and to the global settings.

Perhaps this behavior annoys you. If you have other suggestions, feel free to share them with me!

(I still may miss something, so feel free to override me.)

In fact, I think that all of the Editor Options should be only global.

100%. It's definitely confusing and I don't think I can think of a reason I'd use it that way.
