Bug: the last opened project isn't always reopened when starting Klive.

With the option IDE / IDE Settings / Open the last project at startup checked.

It's seems to be happening when the CPU is under load. Like the other issue when I'm using another CPU intensive application at the same time. And also when I use a setting in Windows to limit my CPU speed (because my fan tends to make a lot of noise above a certain utilization).

Just tested several times again with CPU on full throttle and 7% utilization, but it happens again. It seems to open the first time after an upgrade, but not anymore after that, also not when having turned the option off, opening a project, and turning the option on again.

I just took the .41 update; reopening Klive reopened the current project as would be expected.

It seems that when opening a new project folder it works 1 time but not subsequent attempt.

Though I did not manage to reproduce this phenomenon, I found a code part that may have a race condition, and that may have caused the issue. I eliminated the race condition and will include this fix in the subsequent private build.

The project load behavior has been changed. When you close the IDE (or a project), the workspace (open files and cursor positions within the file) is saved to the project. The workspace files are restored the next time you open the project (or automatically at IDE startup if configured so).
