[Feature Request]: Installer for simpler end-user installation and use

It would be nice to see an installer in the form of an executable (either using InnoSetup, or something else - such as WiX/custom msi).

I would be up for the job if this feature request gets accepted, as I believe this is a big step towards making this more available to everyone :D
