Option for seek forward/back keyboard shortcuts to immediately seek

Summary

I would like the option for the seek forward/back keyboard shortcuts to immediately seek (same behavior as manually pressing seek buttons in the Fladder player UI as well as seek shortcuts in the official Jellyfin desktop/web client). Could be represented as separate assignable shortcuts. I like being able to preview the video during seek but I can see the current behavior being necessary for remote devices, hence having an option would be nice.

@PartyDonut Is there a reason for the difference in behavior between the seek hotkeys and the ui controls?

Sorry for the late response. And just a preference and the way I'm used to I guess.

Things like these always boil down to what most people would prefer and or use. The reason I'm reluctant to add every single feature is that at a certain point the Settings menu becomes crowded. Or maybe the shortcuts should become their own screen.

A good solution would be adding a new shortcut that defaults to shift+{arrow keys} for skipping immediately?
