Feature Request: Add Taskbar Thumbnail Toolbar play/pause button on Windows (like spotify's previous, play/pause, next)

Summary

When you hover over an application's icon in the taskbar, a preview of the window is shown. Windows allows the addition of functional buttons in that preview thing (look at 'basic example').

I propose the addition of the play/pause button there, and any other buttons deemed to be useful there. Ideally this feature would be configurable, with and ability toggle on/off different buttons, or disable all buttons altogether.
