Command to prepend lines with table name

Prompt user via dialog for a table name and prepend at beginning of each line in selection or document. Helpful after extracting field names from snippet and generating new FileMaker objects (e.g, Set Field script steps).

Possibly make command more flexible by prompting for following:

• string to prepend
• column number ( by default)
• column delimiter (tab by default)
