Convert Profiles DV

Hi, am I dumb, but isn't there any way to simply edit an existing DV profile to another profile?

DEMUXER only allows to convert it in HDR or HLG and HYBRID requires an HDR file as input.

Like for example: `Dolby Vision, Version 1.0, dvhe.07.06, BL+EL+RPU, Blu-ray compatible / SMPTE ST 2086, HDR10 compatible`
into profile 8.1
