Ploy sometimes fails, stating that the ref is out-of-date. Retrying does not appear to fix the issue, which is odd because it appears that the GH action is fetching and working off of latest main (so even if the first attempt ran into some concurrency issue, it would seem that a retry would try again on latest and succeed).
