Create "uncategorized" daily category when does not exist #5
Description
The bot uploads images using the "uncategorized" template, which adds the page to a daily tracking category. This category needs to be created once for each date if it does not exist already. e.g. https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:General_Affidavit_of_Harriet_Tubman_Relating_to_Her_Claim_for_a_Pension,_p._2_of_2_-_NARA_-_306573.jpg
