Start Capture for labs containing spaces

Describe the bug
If a lab contains spaces, start capture actions gives errors
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to lab containing spaces
2. Click on Start Lab
3. Click on Start Capture
4. DSP gives the following error:
   Unable to find image 'pluto:latest' locally

Expected behavior
Container name that contains spaces should be quoted.

Other issue: Dots should be removed from the image name (docker container in docker-compose removes dots)
