Time formatting Issue

Description

The time formatting function is not working properly

Steps to Reproduce

1. The following code to be included in the main.rs

  format-time( 1439 * 60, "HH:mm:ss")

    ]
  });
  let output = jslt.transform_value(&input)?;
  println!("{}",output);
  assert_eq!("\"23:59:00\",output.to_string());

Actual Output

"HH:mm:ss"

Expected Output

"23:59:00"
