Setup and build and deploy instructions

I am inspired by your recent talk on DotNET Conf about using this game to learn to code C# to get this up and running as a great educational tool.

Would really appreciate some guidance on setting this solution up and running and deployed. Would be great to have the unity frontend application build and deployment automated as far as possible. Thanks.
