Opera Issue: Draco's Speech (Opera Opening) Cut Short #97
Description
Draco's speech in the opening of the opera is cut short, panning down way too soon.
I believe this is likely a case of the original code looking at the SPC volume and triggering on it reaching 0, which the SPC volume (for music) is always set to 0 by our code.
My proposed fix is to find the routine that is looking for this 0 value and replace it with a busyloop that waits for the required number of cycles. This may decrease compatibility with other patches, specifically anything that messes with the scripting of the Opera routine. Hopefully it does not break TWUE compatibility.
