PC5108 expander stops responding when keybus connected

I have NodeMCU ESP 32 that worked fine but the expander stops responding when they are connected

I have tried 2 panels the PC1864 and PC1832 and the same result. The expander works on its own and stops
responding as soon as I power up the ESP32 keybus. I moved the power to the Aux but no difference

Please help any idea why?

Sounds like the esp virtual expander address is conflicting with a real one on your panel. Set the expander addresses to 0 in the yaml config .

I was confused by this comment in the yaml:

!! Note: if you already have real zone expanders on the bus (pc5108), ensure you do use the same addresses here.
