ver5 girder / dsa not detecting WSI images #422
Description
In my docker compose, I have added a bind mount ( /wsi_archive ) and when I import images, they are not being detected as WSI files. If I force convert them though via the UI (or via the API), they do appear fine though.. so probably not a permissions issue.
