Help with DSA/HTAN/Synapse Oauth2 integration

Synapse is an OAUTH2 provider, and DSA/Girder apparently can talk to OAUTH2 providers. Need someone to help interface with Sage to actually implement this for the DSA/HTAN instance.

Also would like this to have some minimal documentation so I can set this up myself in the future if I have to tear down/rebuild the instance. The one I am currently using may wind up becoming our DEV sandbox.
