Add support for Interactive content/ H5P activity module / SCORM Package

Currently, the only Moodle activity types supported in OppiaMobile are:

• page resources
• file resources
• feedback activities
• quiz activities
  If you add any other Moodle activities or resources types, these will just be ignored when the course is exported.
  There is a need to support Scrom package / H5p / interactive activity moodle activity types in OppiaMobile.

Thanks for posting this @hakimks. It's something we've looked at before, but it's quite significant effort, so it's not something we'll be doing until we have specific funding for this.
