feat: simple state proving

It would be great to have a simple MVP solution for eth state proving using sgx. The first iteration consists of
- new binary that proves exact slot for exact contract (as input)
- refactoring for `enclave` crate. separate logic for common zkTLS usage
- zkTLS request to json rpc api on some node (`eth_getProof` and other methods)
- Merkle verification
