Support more advanced configuration with profiles.ini

I intentionally named this module **profiles** and not **quirks** (e.g. "save quirks" via GUI) with the thought that it's funcionality might be extended one day..

It might be nice to save EVERY setting/quirk via these profiles. Not just the quirks. Things like the colors and cpu frequency would be a nice addition..
