integrate FARMDATA with SFC

integrate FARMDATA with Small Farm Central's Member Assembler software.  No idea how much work this would be (probably quite significant), but there would be some payoff for both FARMDATA and SFC.  Could start just by populating FARMDATA's crop list from Member Assembler.
