Jungfrau rotation scans: Use config server

We should use the config server instead of constants for jungfrau rotation scans. The JF_DET_STAGE_Y_POSITION_MM should definitely go in a config file, and maybe the DEFAULT_DETECTOR_DISTANCE_MM too
