Cleanup flux_lutman* variants

There are now 3 variants of Flux LutMan:

• flux_lutman.py
• flux_lutman_dev.py
• flux_lutman_vcz.py

These have a lot of similarities, but also undocumented differences, which makes maintenance very difficult
