High CPU consumption in ESXI or Virtual Box

I'm experiencing high CPU usage in ESXI 8.0 and VirtualBox 7.0 (on Windows Server). Is this normal behavior for ClearWrt ?

I guess the fixed time consumption of CPU tick is higher on virtual machine, you can try to remove these lines

CONFIG_HZ_1000=y
CONFIG_HZ=1000

# CONFIG_CONTEXT_TRACKING_FORCE is not set
CONFIG_NO_HZ_FULL=y
CONFIG_RCU_NOCB_FULL=y

on kernel-config to build firmware, BTW: are you using a AMD platform?
