Is there a way to disable smooth-scroll?

The software updates list has smooth scroll which I don't really appreciate, is there a way to disable this? I tried searching issues/discussions about this but couldn't find any

I don't think this can be done, perhaps if you disable animations from System Settings. The UI toolkit is WinUI3, abnd it comes with animaitons in by default
