Add Falling Block Movement (Timer Loop)

Description:
Use a Swing Timer to animate the falling block.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Add Swing Timer (20ms interval)
• Falling block should move downward each frame
• When reaching bottom, reset to top with random X
• Movement appears smooth
