Create Mac and Linux Installer Script

Duplicate to #24, except for Linux and Mac.

It doesn't have to be in shell script. You can use Makefile, or even Python 2.7; because these two platforms have Python 2.7 pre-installed.

As for Linux distro, let's stick to Ubuntu derivates for now. No CentOS or any such distro.

Ok I can take this up if @koustuvsinha is busy with the Linux distribution. I feel comfortable using Python and Plumbum library. We shall talk a bit more about the architecture first though.

Actually I have never really understood what an epic is. But yes please feel free to manage the project as you see fit. I will be partially doing that too.

This is now a priority. I am putting it for June 3 deadline, but I am okay if only a part of it is resolved by then. But whatever part would be resolved, should be resolved in a very reliable and testable way.
