Unable to acess the acp

I have tested the last code from this repository and do not get this error. It's strange...

Hello, it's just a test, we can remove also this part of code but it's strange that is giving you this error because I've tested it in a lot of web servers and i never got this error. is just an rss file on anecms.com :)
