XML schema-based all editors

Currently we provide the XML schema-based experience in VSCode's with the RedHat XML extension.

Is it an idea to integrate this functionality directly into the language server so the functionality exists for everyone.

Maybe we could even read the schema available in the base module (base/rng/*.rng), this way would be odoo version agnostic

We already use an XML parser, so perhaps it would be practical to implement an analyzer module just like Python. A plus with this method is that we can sidestep many of the deficiencies in the VSCode implementation of the XML language server.
