UI Not saving location/size

I'm not sure if I'm just missing an option some place, but my UI isn't saving it's location/size between sessions. Every time I log in, I have to resize and move the UI. I've downloaded the latest from here, as well as got the update message when I started it in game.

This is the config and what the window looks like after I've set it up in game and before logging out, I've checked the config and it remains the same until I log in:

I also get an unknown_func message when loading up the lua.
