--save_exr results in black image, .mp4 work fine

--save_exr results in black image, .mp4 work fine

Used this codeline to run. the resulting .mp4 works fine but the .exr are all black

python3 run.py --input_video ./input/wananimate_00020.mp4 --output_dir ./output --encoder vitl --fp32 --grayscale --target_fps 8 --save_exr

So the data is being output correctly, it's just not in the range that a typical viewer would visualize. Replace the exr code in run.py with this if you want to normalize the exr input to a range of 0 - 1 and save it in the RGB channels for use in e.g. a 3D software like Blender. This seems to fix banding issues I faced with the .mp4

Use e.g. https://github.com/darbyjohnston/DJV/releases/ as a viewer for exr data
