Here is a list of website changes that would be needed:

• add a privacy link in the home page navigation bar (especially when no user is logged in). The content of such page (and the name) is to be discussed with the data steward for privacy / cookies related issues (page title TBD)
• add a "about data " to explain data are retrieved by users and SatNoGS (page title TBD)
• add a page title under the title bar, something like "Delfi Space - Space Operations at TU Delft" or something similar
• add a small page intro below the title (and above the list of satellites) to explain what this page is about (very short)
• add a status per each satellite. Something like "Status: Operational" or "Status: under development"
• add ideally when the last message has been received (per each satellite) so that we can keep an eye quickly on when the last message was received. This might need some work so it is just an idea... @iiacoban42 any idea if this is possible / easily implementable?
• add a "management" page for admin users only providing a link to the other applications (like influxdb-cli or pgadmin)
• add a page title and a favicon in the website template
• add a coockieconsent form
• add cookie consent pop-up

I think the easiest way to show the last message is with an iframe containing a panel in Grafana that queries for it and the panel would also get updated in real-time. Another way would be to query our back-end on the most recent message in both influxdb and Postgres to get the most accurate indication, but no out-of-the-box real-time support as with Grafana.

The cookie consent form (implemented via Django Cookie Consent) can only deal with tracking cookies but it does not allow handling the necessary cookies (like the CSRF or the session cookies). It would be a nice solution if we would add tracking cookies but, otherwise, it is not needed.

For GDPR reasons it is important that all cookies are necessary for the correct functioning of the website and their duration is less than 12 months.
