Adding Edge in Core using a wizard

• Send logs from proxy to core during wizard
• Stream in real time proxy configuration steps done on the backend to frontend
• Implement frontend
• Make version checking work correctly with multi-proxy approach (core shouldn't shut down if single proxy is outdated)

Result:

• Add a new Edge component using the wizard UI in Core.
• Core establishes a connection to the newly added Edge.
• Use the desktop client to add a new device to a user profile in Core.
