how to use deeprank to score a protein-protein docking pose #251

Hi, thanks for the great work! I want to use deeprank to indentify the native pose from its decoys generated by ZDock. How can i use deeprank to get the score for a specific pose? I can not find the detailed protocal in this repo. Many thanks!
