Cannot Generate Database #241
Description
Describe the bug
While creating the database ( the data were generated by antibody complex ) It is showing some ValueError: Residue Center not found and the decoys were removed. The key problem is that some complex systems(pdb id:3IU3) can successfully generate databases, while some(pdb id:1ADQ) will report errors.
