Bug: Setup screen issues - "Skip for now" unresponsive & "Install" provides no feedback

Description
I am experiencing two critical issues on the "Welcome to Mysti" setup screen that prevent me from completing the configuration:

"Skip for now" is broken: Clicking the "Skip for now" link at the bottom does nothing.

"Install" has no feedback: When clicking Install for any provider (e.g., Claude Code, Google Gemini), the installation seems to trigger, but there is no success notification, no status change, and the UI does not redirect or update.

Steps to Reproduce
Open the "Welcome to Mysti" setup screen.

Click "Skip for now" -> Observe no response.

Click "Install" on any provider -> Observe that while it may install in the background, the UI provides no confirmation or transition.

Expected Behavior
Skip for now: Should bypass the setup and take me to the chat/main interface.

Install: Should show a progress indicator, followed by a "Success" message or an automatic transition to the next step.

Issue Description
The "Skip for now" button click was unresponsive.

Root Cause Analysis
Debugging revealed two issues:

1. CSP blocking inline event handlers: VSCode webview's Content Security Policy does not allow inline onclick events in HTML, causing button clicks to fail entirely.
2. Wizard repeatedly appearing: Even after fixing the click issue, the dontShowAgain parameter was false, causing the wizard to reappear immediately after closing.

Fixes Implemented

1. Fix CSP issue - Replace inline onclick with addEventListener:
