automatically add contents from the .gitignore to the ignore list

Files and directories listed in .gitignore are not automatically excluded by ccat. You must manually specify them as arguments if you wish to exclude them.

It might still be worth to recursively look for a .gitignore and add its contents in case the the gitignore exists on multiple levels or if it isnt in the same folder ccat is ran from.
