Background music does not stop entering non-Steam games.

The music continues playing when entering non-Steam games, which can be quite annoying especially when considering how popular emudeck is.

I'll note that this seems like it could be similar to the previously opened issue of not stopping when streaming games as well

It also does not stop when entering desktop mode.
