Add automated new member to slack / google groups workflow

new member joins, they are auto invited to slack, google group etc.

@lewlefton did you do this already? I may have just done it twice. how did you set it up?

I have not done anything on this. Not sure how to integrate google groups and slack but we may be able to use cloudpipes (free version hopefully will suffice for this single use case)
