Can't download scarlet using pc method

I was downloading scarlet using the pc method but when I started downloading it, It said failed to write disk I tried to redownload the scarlet installer it didn't work I tried to use a different Apple ID still didn't work.The error says Failed installing scarlet:failed to write disk:open /private/var/folders/3k/909b49y121q4r5b4mkvb51dm0000gn/T/AppTranslocation/FF9E979B-9C47-4589-B0B5-F1B1C4694A50/d/ScarletCloud.app/Contents/MacOS/config/cert.p12:read-only file system
