Trying to Install SpotC++, stuck at 25%

I'm trying to install a repo called SpotC++, a compiled Spotify app that has EeveeSpotify and a bunch of other QOL improvements. But the thing is, every time I try to install it, the percentage number gets stuck at 25% and gives me a red notification that says:
"Failed

Post "https://ani.usescarlet.com/v3/get_..." <--- that's literally what the red notification btw.

If you could offer a fix to this, that would be helpful.

I already have my PC authorized, my iPhone was connected to it when trying to install it, and my iOS version is 18.6.2 (22G100)

Couple fixes:

• Use PC wired or wireless (anything other than wireguard). This works because the computer app generates anisette on its own no need for servers
• Try again. ani.usescarlet.com is deployed on fly.io so when there are no frequent requests the server essentially shuts down until a request is made (downside of scalable platforms but workarounds on my end are possible).

My phone was connected to my PC via USB cable (it's Windows 10 btw), and I already tried to download it multiple times (about 6-7 times) before i just gave up
