All songs were under the "Hidden" filter after a completed Archipelago run

Hello,

After completing an archipelago run, I just encountered this issue where all the songs that weren't included in the randomizer were stored in the "Hidden" section of the song list. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling (plus removing the mod) and to no avail they were still hidden. I only noticed it occurred very late into the run, up to that point I was able to play both the mod and the main profile in tandem just fine.

• You completed a run, then restarted the game?
• After restarting the game, all the songs are still under hidden?

That is correct,

• I completed the goal song then selected both of the release/collect buttons on the title screen.

• After that I restarted the game to exit the mod instance/return to the main game since the only songs available were the randomized ones.

• Once the game restarted, I checked the main song page and found that all the songs were in the hidden category.
