Connection blocked by firewall

So I made a Minecraft server, I was having a great time playing with the audio, and all of the blue I cant connect. It says it's blocked by my firewall. I go into google protection settings and allow/ask everything. and it's still saying I can't connect. I've tried making a new server on my account and that didn't work either. Can someone please help? It would be great to have my music back :D
