Remove hardcoded SSH host keys #12
Description
It would be much more secure to just have PwnBox generate its own host keys every run - I know this adds unnecessary time to initialization but it is safer.
Would also have to add the feature in pwnbox-cli to not save the pwnbox host keys (otherwise we'd just inflate our .known_hosts file with every pwnbox run.
